I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at THG (Northwich, England) in Aug 2017
Interview
Casual and relaxing 4x30 min 1-on-1 conversations at the HQ. It gave me a good impression of the company and I left feeling great. The communication over the next thee-four weeks was terrible, because there was no communication. I was contacted one week after the interview, where they confirmed that they would offer me the job. Then I went two-three weeks without hearing back from them at all, and I had to call them for info. Very unprofessional.
I applied online. I interviewed at THG (Manchester, England) in Jul 2019
Interview
Overall it was a good experience, very straightforward process and clear communication of what the position is about. Unfortunately, I came across one really condescending person and the job required to report to this person directly. I didn’t get the offer but even if I did, I would not accept it based on this fact.

Question 1
How are you going to prioritise your responsibilities?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at THG (Northwich, England) in Apr 2017
Interview
Applied online, got an email to ask for a screen call about 3 weeks later. The phone call was just to get a feel of who you are and confirm your ambition to work at the company as well as your background. The interview rounds were informal I would say. Similar interviews with different people in different rounds. It was quite informal so can be quite subjective. But overall it was okay if you are lucky to chat to nice people and if you give good impressions.
