3 people asking prescripted questions such as how you handle conflict, work on team etc sounds like they have predetermined perception if you dont match you dont pass- they are not the brightest bulbs in the box

It was a very long wait to start to finish like a half year or so, big process to endure. Background check, several testing, etc.There was an in-person interview as well as lab testing.

You do an assessment then you go to do a face to face interview. It was a STAR Format interview and I practiced and aced the interview. I was not offered the position due to having mental health issues so becareful not to tell them if you are on antidepressants.
