I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at TTEC (Englewood, CO) in Jul 2014
Interview
It was over the phone and it was great. They were really friendly which makes it easier. I had a test to take online to quality it wasn't hard. The test is mostly computer skills and how well you listen. Also how well you can listen and apply the right actions to the problem at hand.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at TTEC in May 2026
Interview
It was basically all just text messaging with someone. At first i was skeptical due to never being interviewed just through text but the more it progressed to easier it got. They just ask you questions and you just answer honestly, or at least that is what I did.
I am a fresher and attended the interview process. The hiring process was well-organized. HR was responsive and guided properly. It is a good opportunity for beginners to start their career.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TTEC (Galveston, TX) in Feb 2026
Interview
The "interview" process was odd and incredibly unfair. You don't speak to anyone - it's just you answering their questions and video recording yourself, answering questions on their assessments, all while your camera is turned on and they (and warn you) snap photos of you along the way to ensure you aren't cheating or switching tabs.
