technical review with 2 developers in the team . they asked you to tell about yourself, and to tell about a project/bug/feature you did. you need to know this very well because they asked why you choose do it this way and not that way. and how can you write this more efficient. after that they ask you to write some small program and ask you some question on its time complexity . then if you pass this you have to be interviewed by more technical employers, HR and more. I didn't pass the first so I don't know. the 2 guys were very pleasure and nice, and gave me a good feeling, however they didn't call me to decline my candidacy, just send me a mail. is it fair? i feel like I'm so stupid that I'm not worth the time of picking up a phone.
