Walk in and ask for a manager or GM. Simply spoke about previous work experience and current position. Very straightforward about schedule needed on both ends (me and them). Was a good fit and continued going over my skill set and what I can bring to the company.

Quick interview with lots of questions about management experience. There was a lot of emphasis on following procedures and complete uniforms. There was also a lot of talk about the background check, which you have to pass to get the job.

Scheduled phone interview and even got 3 reminders only to get ghosted. I moved my other appointments around to accommodate the interview. Lack of common courtesy says all I need to know about this location.

I thought things were going well but I was told the job didn’t exist. Asked to interview at another store for the same position and it didn’t exist either. I went to interviews for managers and only told we have crew members jobs only. If the job doesn’t exist why post it?
