Easy, had several interviews with a head recruiter. He seemed like a go-getter and the team seemed small. Applied online and then was called in for an interview. The interview lasted about 30 mins and I heard back within 3 days for another interview

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tact Medical Staffing (New York, NY) in Dec 2018
Interview
Received a call explaining the role for about two minutes and was asked to come in for an interview. Not what I'd consider a phone screen. The first interview consisted of me meeting a few people from management and them telling me about the company. Not what I'd consider an interview. The second interview was actually an interview which took about an hour and a half to complete. Myself and another candidate were sitting in a room and met with a few staff members and brought into a room for our one-on-one interviews. After the interview, I was told "you'll be hearing from us in a few days." Of course, in typical fashion, no one reached out to aware me of where I stood with my status in the hiring process after a week. After reading reviews on the company, I'm glad I didn't get it and avoided whatever trap I nearly got myself into.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Tact Medical Staffing (New York, NY) in May 2016
Interview
They had me take an excel test that I got all the answers off of google. The President asked me basic questions. It was the easiest interview I have ever been on. No lie when I was 14 McDonald's interview was more intense. It was a waste of time to work for Tact - it was a convenient job while I was in college.
