I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Tallan (Santa Ana, CA) in Nov 2015
Interview
Phone interview about basic programming topics raging from OOP, Java and C++ specific questions, to databases. Then a week later a on-site interview. I was given one hour to program 3 questions on a laptop they provided me. Then I had talked to a manager for about 45 minutes.
I got there on time but they made me wait like 30 minutes before the interview could start because they didn't have offices available.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tallan (Glastonbury, CT) in Oct 2018
Interview
First there was a personality interview, then a technical interview about basic programming and databases, after that an in person coding challenge which took about 2 hours. I am still awaiting a decision after over a month.

Interview
First part of the interview process is that you get a call from a recruiter. The call consists of the recruiter explaining the nature of the job and the expectations. They also answer any questions. Then they schedule an hour long technical question interview. If you pass the second interview then it’s time for the on-site interview. The on-site interview involves an hour long “code challenge”. Once that is complete you’ll have about a 30-60 minute behavioral interview with someone in upper management.
