Interview
You'll get a phone call with no message so you must call back, they will give you a phone interview, then you'll be asked to come in to the store, usually on a Friday. You'll have about 3 separate interviews on the same day with different people. Of you get the job you'll be asked to take a drug test that day.

Mainly about my goals and ambitions. What I'm most proud of, and example of how I reached a goal.
I was asked to come in to meet with the store manager and then met with the Starbucks manager on a later date. They hired me and I completed onboarding for a day before starting behind bar.

How would you handle a difficult situation with a customer?
Applied online and was called in for an in person interview with the team lead of the target location that was applied for. Afterwards I did a screening online in which had about 20 questions for me to fill out
I submitted an application and they interviewed me over a video call. The interview was fairly easy and relaxed. Seemed like they just wanted to get a feel for my personality
