1st Oct walk in interview for HR recruiter. Job description mention and requirement of company different. they had mention 0 To 5 year experiance and i am only 3.5 year. i am over experiance. They had mention Qualification MBA/BSC required. i have qualified Bsc degree. they had no mention any offer salary of job description, i told him, i am ready as per company norms. so rejected. It's wrong / right !!

2 round interview process with normal interview questions but the thing discuss in interview was not same in offer letter they said u will get package of 2.76 and in offer letter they offered 2.68
