There is a preliminary interview that takes about 30-45 mins then you have to wait a week to see if you make it to the FIRST round of interviews. There are 5 interviews total. After the first round, they send your answers to a Recruiter which makes no sense because they aren't the ones that interviewed to begin with. As a Recruiter, 5 rounds of interviews is insane. You are losing candidates because of this. Most of us are already interviewing with other companies. Especially for the amount they are paying, it is a waiting game that people don't have time for. Hiring managers, trust your gut, don't waste people's time and follow up with them whether you established a relationship or not.
