BEWARE OUT-OF-STATE JOB SEEKERS.
I had an interview for this job a few weeks ago and was told I would be reimbursed my travel expenses. Thankfully they paid for my airfare but I am still $200+ in the hole. For a 23-year-old with no job and bills to pay, this absolutely sucks. The HR lady will not so much as answer her phone. I have called and emailed several times throughout the weeks with no response. At this point I wouldn't even take the job if it was offered because I feel so disrespected.
The interview itself was actually five separate interviews throughout the morning with one HR lady and 4 engineers; took about 4 hours. Everyone was pretty nice, especially Adam, who offered me the interview and seemed to have a genuine caring personality. The one thing that really stuck out to me is that they weren't trying to ask a bunch of bologna behavioral questions that only gauge how good of a liar you are; they legitimately tried to get to know me as a person.
Its a bummer that I'm eating this $200 cost because otherwise it was a positive experience.
