My first interview appointment, the interviewer never called. I rescheduled online, she did call for the second appointment. The call went well, basic questions. Then I was sent a documentation assessment. The assessment allows 30 minutes to complete. It is to ensure you are capable of writing up an intake. It might be a value to go with you whatever EHR you are using and note what each section requires.
