Telstra Interview Questions

Fill out a form and attach your resume. Then, do a video interview where you have to answer motivational and behavioural questions and also code questions on Hirevue. You are asked to use the CARE method.

First is a basic form to fill out with CV and academic record required. You must have at least a credit average. Then is an online HireVue interview which is made up of 5 behavioural questions where you record your answers. You get 3 minutes per question and 3 attempts to re record them. You are asked to use the CARE method when answering these. Next is a couple of games which are meant to assess your cognitive ability etc. Lastly there is a coding challenge which was made up of 4 problems. The whole thing took about 2 hours

Casual, manager was nice and they ask you behavioural questions. No need to know much about Telstra services. Interview process was 3 rounds in total (applying online, video interview, store interview)

several coding tests and video interviews about several behavior questions. After the coding test, you need to explain your code. The code test depends on which stream you are applying, but the SE stream has a coding test.

The second day after submission, got a video Interview and Online Assessment. one motivational question and four behavioural questions. The next step was a Virtual interview about the Graduate ambassador Q&A session, case study and also behaviour question

Online assessment: 5 behaviour questions, 4 coding test, 3 games. coding test was easy, the last test took some time. Coding test does not has a time limit to finish.

It started from around 6 behavioural questions, 4-5 coding challenges (mostly can be found from leetcode), and followed by 3 little games to test your aptitude . The whole process took me around 3 hours and the whole interview was recorded.

In the interview you’ll need to answer one motivational question and four behavioural questions. For the motivational question we’ll ask you about your passion for technology and chosen pathway as well as your motivations for choosing the Telstra Graduate Program. When responding to the four behavioural questions, we’ll be asking you to draw on specific examples from your previous experience, using the CARE method. This means we want to hear about: · The Context of your experience · The Action you took · The Result of your actions · The Evidence, or impact of your actions.

There was a Group interview and single interview both to see how you worked as a group and then just the regular interview questions. It was very professional and was also a good experience
