Applied online. HR is very responsive. Had two phone interview, both technical.. first based on resume and basic C/C++ concepts. second, more deep in C/C++.
onsite interview one by one with 4 senior software developers. That was more deep in C/C++ concepts and resume. including one online test on C++.
