The Interview process at The AA was the best, they tell you all it is about and make you very comfortable in the process of the interview. Great interviewers as well.
Online, asked a few basic question's like why do you want the job, difficult customer interaction and how you handled it, what is good customer service to you and etc

Interview
One teams interview lasting about 30 minutes, asked questions about the values they give you, designed for you to answer in STAR. Then a 5 minute role play but they give you a script to follow
