The Berg Group interview questions

I was sought out and screened by HR, then phone interview with a VP. Then went dark. 3 months later I hear from a colleague that my boss heard I was interviewing with them. I had never told anyone, so they obviously did not keep our conversation confidential and reached out my associates without my permission.
