HR person from the organization quickly reached out after the submission of the application. Scheduled a zoom interview within a week. They also give the option to change your position during the interview if you wish to do so.

Question 1
Asked questions like why I was interested in the Borgen Project, my availability, if I would be able to fundraise $500 for the company etc. Also asked some questions about the company that most people would be able to answer if they look on the Borgen Website.

Interview
You are first given a quiz, as a screening component. Then I meg with one individual who asked about the company’s mission, what they do, etc. Do your research ahead of time! The interview was 30 minutes. It was just this interview in the process and then I was extended an offer.
The lady was very nice, it was not as long as I thought and it was my first interview but there wasn't too much pressure. On the website it says that the acceptance rate for this role is like 5% but it's definitely more than that I think.
The interview was very easy and straightforward. Don’t stress!! It was really laid back and I feel like you can come up with responses on the fly. Again don’t stress!
