I applied online and got called like after a few days, and they invite me for an interview.
I had 2 interview with them, and the last one was with the general manager and both of them ask me about me previous work and my experience and how should a server work, how should a server do a team work and these stuff.

There is no difficult question if have a little experience about restaurant, waiter and these stuff.

Pretty straightforward, they ask about your experience and how you would deal with certain customers. They ask about problem solving skills and customer service scenarios. They ask what you want from the job and where you see yourself in 5 years.
Simple interview process. Go in person and answer some basic questions with floor manager and they'll let you know if you got the job or not pretty much right there. Pretty sure everyone will get in.
