I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Cheesecake Factory in May 2013
Interview
Start with an online assessment that can take an hour to hour and a half. A recruiter will call you with a phone interview lasting 30 min. The next step would be an interview with the Area Director. This is followed by a restaurant visit where you would get to see a day in the life for a few hours and speak with managers currently in their positions.
