I had to keep applying over a period of ten months to even get the interview. I would have liked to be considered for night-time stocking or some other better-structured job than cashier but I was told that cashier was the only thing available and that I would be considered for other jobs later. The person who does the interviewing is only part-time herself in that capacity. This business runs the front-end on the fly and without much consideration for the employees at all.
