Straight forward, lots of steps, involved personality testing, multiple callbacks and layers. Seemed thorough. They cannot answer most questions as they are recruiters and don't know client details on complex issues

Interview
This process is a series of ~10 1:1 interviews over the course of one day. Each interview was repetitive in that I was asked to describe my skills and go over my resume with each individual. My advice would be to come with many questions and not exhaust them with your first few interviewers.
