The opportunity was brought to my attention from an internal recruiter as a possible good match. The interview was scheduled as a phone group of 4 about 1 month after submission. It took about 55 minutes and was back-to-back with other candidates. Each participant had 1 question prepared and after answering all the questions, there was time for one question from me.
