Got a phone interview a few weeks after applying. It was a moderately long interview with two people. Mostly tried to establish salary and hands-on conservation skills, though I'm still not sure what the job was since it sounded like a communications position from the job description. Most of the questions seemed to be based around a specific scenario, like other reviewers have mentioned it feels like a pop quiz, rather than an assessment of experience.
