I applied online and was contacted via email for a virtual interview about 3 weeks later. The virtual interview was with a panel consisting of the head of school, teaching team, and someone from HR. The interview was pretty easy. It felt more like a conversation and the flow seemed natural. A few days later I was contacted for a second interview that was in person and asked to prepare a demo lesson. While there, I met with everyone that worked in the building. Had meetings with pretty much everyone there and of course did my demo lesson. Overall, it was a solid interview process.
