Interview
Casual conversation. Met with the manager and had normal conversation about past experiences, education, etc. Then discussed the role and what it entailed, which involved a basic overview of day to day activities, curriculum, discipline, and communication with other staff both with the Y and the school sites.

The interview process was light hearted. I was also asked to facilitate a game among the people interviewing me and I was asked about new ideas for activities I could use in the program
