I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Third Bridge (London, England) in Mar 2016
Interview
Applied through a recruiter. They called me to do this interview very quickly because they needed someone as soon as possible. The interview had two stages, first it a short chat with the HR employee, which was as described in other reviews: standard questions, not very imaginative, but the recruiter was very nice and respectful. It was followed by a test call, where they gave you a list of questions and a piece of paper with a bit of information about the call. You had 5 minutes to read it all and then you made the call to someone from HR. The person on the other side of the line was very rude, but I guess it was to test your skills at the phone. It was pretty hard to answer some of her questions about why did I want that information and who would I give it to, as I had not been explained that in advance and the information available in their website is not that extensive. After the call I had some feedback about my performance and immediately another person entered the room interrupting my chat with the HR employee, she said she had "heard my call" and asked me to tell her what had I done wrong, prompting me with the same question several times until I gave the answer she was looking for. I felt a bit uneasy by her interruption and her manners, which made the experience of the interview go from good to bad in a couple of minutes. They said they would tell me if I had been successful that same day, but instead had a call from the agency telling me to wait one more day to know my results (probably because they were interviewing someone else).
2 rounds. First round talk with senior research analyst, behavioral questions. Second round talk with team head, stock pitch, case study. Long discussion, taking around 90 minutes, asking everything in the cv
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Third Bridge (New York, NY)
Interview
Dont let them trick you into thinking this is an actual research position. You will be cold calling people most of your day. The interview process is relatively simple, first spoke with a recruiter who passed me onto an in-person round. I never heard from them after that.

Question 1
Given this case industry, what types of industry experts would you contact on behalf of a client who is looking to invest in a company within that sector.
Had an interview for Forum role in Hongkong. Straightforward interview. The recruiter was very pleasant and nice, she was very professional. Prepare for your understanding of the role, although she was very nice in explaining the role in details, you knew it’s a major concern if you have no idea about the position youre applying. She also provides transparent feedback which I really appreciates. Not all companies or recruiters do the same. I always see this recruiter in job fairs and she’s overall nice and very accommodating. I would recommend trying an interview as it will change your perspective about the company and the role.
