Thomson Reuters Manager, Design interview questions

Interview process proceeded as expected, but was completely ghosted after the third and final round. I assume the role was offered to another candidate, but to do so without informing the unsuccessful candidates - even after following up with HR - is unprofessional, and frankly, messy.
