Three Steps interview questions

The interview was an online interview in front of a panel of three middle management team members. It consisted of describing previous experience and if you had worked in stressful situations and what action you took at the time. It was really to assess your training requirements and bring you up to company standards in terms of the health and safety of both your clients and yourself.
