Zoom interview with Managers for personal attendant (PSW). They were friendly. Some of the questions were the usual ones, like what would you do in x situation. Others made you think more about your abilities or what you’ve been able to do for others in previous roles.

I can’t remember the exact wording: What is something you did for a client that made you think outside the box?
Called to confirm interest in the job. Then got scheduled for an online zoom interview. Once the interview was confirmed, the meeting would happen with cameras on, and you would answer all the questions they would ask you.

Interview normally would be in person but took place over zoom due to covid-19 conditions. Was offered interview within 2 weeks of applying. Was offered job within 3 weeks after interview.
