It began with a job fair interview. Next I had to travel to one company office for interview with a couple people from management. Before leaving the office after last interview I was offered a position. I accepted the offer & began two months later with my training class

Interview
It was fantastic. I loved the way they paid for our travel and stay and communicated throughout the process. Go to see a lot of cool stuff that the company does as well.
interviewed on campus during college, then was interviewed at their SC plant by a managers and other industrial engineers. Interview questions really depend on who is interviewing you. They may be more personal or more technical. I would just prepare for any kinds of questions.
