I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Tommy Hilfiger (Junction City, KS)
Interview
Went into the store and requested an application. Turned one in a few days later then received a call about a week after to set up a time to come into the store to interview. Literally just went over to a section of the store and asked extremely basic questions. It was more of a conversation. I'd imagine he was just making sure I could dress well and would be cool to work with. Received a call a few weeks later with an offer.
Asked me about how I would help customers and I told them I love to help customers and then they asked me to fold clothes and then walk through how I would clean the store
Got asked basic qualification questions around experience with customer service and ability to communicate. Also got asked if I can speak another language. Process was one round and fairly quick
I applied online. I interviewed at Tommy Hilfiger (Wembley, England) in Sept 2025
Interview
Interview was very good, asked questions about previous roles and experience, asked how I would support customers etc. Made me feel welcome and comfortable and supported me through the whole process.
