Topdrawer interview questions

Two part interview process with about 5-6 questions each. Pretty standard questions asking about customer service experience and interacting with customer problems. All the interviews took place over Zoom or phone call. I don’t think they do any in person interviews.

You will submit your resume, a cover letter will help you get noticed more. The interview is casual. They will ask about your retail experience, scenario questions, goals, creative hobby and your availability.
