Topnotch Employment Services interview questions

The whole process feels scammy. I can't recall where I submitted my resume, and then I received a text/email to join a Zoom call the next day. This turned out to be a group call where I was asked trivial questions such as something interesting about myself, my career aspirations, and if I could travel anywhere, where it would be. I was briefly told about two potential jobs, but no detailed job descriptions were provided. Overall, the experience does not seem legitimate and feels somewhat like an MLM scheme. I've completed the first interview and am waiting to see if I'm "selected" for the next round, though I have serious doubts about the legitimacy of this process.
