Had to give a presentation on previous engineering project (20 min). Had a 40 minute interview. Was quizzed about different refinery components and tools. Was given a tour of the refinery plant. Overall experience was good. The people I met were very nice and answered all of my questions. Entire day lasted from 8am to 12pm. Travel and hotel stay paid by Total.

Simple, I had to submit a cover letter and CV. I was then invited to an assessment centre. There, I had to do a 5 minute presentation about a project I have worked on and then was interviewed by two members.
