I had an interview earlier this year. I was told to expect a delay afterwards as they needed to interview others. I didn’t hear back for three weeks. Two weeks after that I had a second interview and then didn’t hear back for a month. Two months after my first interview, I found out through LinkedIn that someone else got the job so I followed up with an email to the hiring manager only to be rejected for lack of experience. Very poor communication especially as an email takes less than 5 minutes to write.
