Interview is an absolute joke. No reason to need to be interviewed by 3 people for a sales position. Two were friendly and easy going. One came in with a chip on his shoulder. There's just no reason to have 3 interviewers on a first interview. It's moronic. Especially when none of the three including assistant manager have 0 follow up ability. It's not a big deal if it doesn't work out/someone is not a good fit, but it is very rude to not follow up at all.
