When they call you won't even understand why all of the sudden they are calling you I had applied long time ago. They will bring you next to the facility which is located all the way in the south of San Antonio Texas so just keep that in mind its far. The first time I talked on the phone with the hiring manager and he was really cool. I can’t say names but it seemed like he really liked me. They called me back again and told me to come to the factory. When I had the interview, they brought in a panel of four people and they were engineers they were not IT engineers. This is where everything went really weird they didn’t even know I was there for ERP analyst position, they seem to be brought in randomly to the interview they weren’t really prepared with any questions, they made up questions as they go. And this lady kept talking about me until she made the mechanical engineer frustrated because she kept saying all of this things that I was like a super over qualified candidate. One of the guys was just looking at the table the hole time and he didn’t seem interested. The guy that initially interviewed me on the phone was not there he didn’t show up. I felt like I made a mistake and that was to make the resume towards electrical engineering because they kept on talking about PLC. This is an IT position and requires knowledge in communication so you need to know DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, UDP, Active Directory and server knowledge, SNMP. Overall, don’t let someone drive the IT conversation be you and don’t try to be a PLC electrical engineer. They told me the next day I was not chosen. Good luck
