Treasury Wine Estates Interview Questions

It was quite a simple process. I was contacted by a recruiter and an interview was set up with the hiring manager. The questions were pretty easy, something about my experience working in the lab.

The interview process for the event manager position at the wine company was both rigorous and enlightening. It began with a preliminary phone screening, where I discussed my qualifications, experience, and passion for event planning with the HR representative. Following that, I was invited for an in-person interview at the company headquarters. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, reflective of the company's commitment to hospitality.

The initial phone interview was very insightful and it was easy to understand the basic requirements and responsibilities of the internship fully. The interviewer made sure to explain the benefits of what the internship offered.

General overview with HR, interview with direct manager, then final with group manager. Overall process was great. Updated along the way by HR on next steps and kept well informed.

Great communication throughout the recruitment process. The interview was relaxed with the interviewers well prepared. Great to have a mix of competency and cultural fit questions. Enough time was left for me to ask questions at the end.

The interviews happened smoothly over a reasonable period of time. There was just the right amount of finding out about me as there was my chance to find out about Treasury.

It was four rounds of interviews which took about three to four weeks from start to the offer. The candidate meets with the recruiter, hiring manager, department lead and leadership that one would directly support.

I had 3 interviews with multiple people to discuss the role. I enjoyed going into depth about all aspects of the job and meeting multiple people. It was really good to get a full understanding of what the role's day to day and what was to be expected. I would say the initial interview with HR was hard to organise and the person spelt my name wrong a few times.

The interview process was thorough. There were a series of interview with HR, the hiring manager, and a panel of colleagues I would be working with. The interview process took a few months and HR was good about keeping in touch to provide updates. Overall, the interview experience was good.

First interview with Agency then progressed to employer interviews. Had 1st interview on one day and they moved quickly to second round interview the next day and offer made same day. Loved how quickly they moved and progressed to offer stage.
