I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at TriNet (San Leandro, CA) in Jun 2016
Interview
I applied online and got a phone screen from HR the following day. After few basic questions, he said he would set up time for me to meet the manager. He asked which time and day would work for me. Then he set up interview an hour earlier then my given time since conference room availability was an issue. (I mean???) The manager was overall a nice person although she was much more interested in knowing the process at my previous company then trying to find out more about me.
I send a thank you note and a follow up email and still haven't heard back. Very poor communication. Just let the candidate know whether you are moving forward with the application or not.
Thank you for your feedback. We try to maintain open lines of communication with all prospective employees; however there are occasional lapses. We apologize if you have a poor impression of the company because of this. We will continue to work on achieving 100% satisfaction among applicants.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TriNet in Apr 2013
Interview
I started as a contractor in another department, so I was less intimidated than I probably would have been if I didnt already know the culture of the office. I interviewed with 4 people....2 Director of Finance, Director of Coporate Accounting, and Chief of Accounting. Each interviewers were approachable and easy to speak to.
