Simple zoom interview that was relatively straight forward and positive. The interviewer seemed quite professional and was very positive in their reactions and even began walking me through the next stage of the process (talking as if I will get to the next stage etc.) However, upon completion of the interview they never got back to me about the position, despite saying they would. They didn't even have the decency to send a polite rejection email, even after I sent a follow up email. I find this very rude and unprofessional.

The whole recruitment process was very slow, which took 2 months. The final stage of an interview was a task and 2-hour interviews with 4 calls each being almost half an hour. While everyone was lovely, the process is very slow.

Interview
Phone interview, followed by onsite "interviews" (30 minute individual chats with about 8 employees). Company was going through overhaul/mini-crises. I was lead on for several weeks then ghosted. Very unprofessional to tell someone a job offer in pending and never get back to them.
