The engineers at Truepill were nice but the recruiter I worked with soured my experience. She was not very responsive and eventually put me on hold after my final round by citing a hiring freeze. If the information about the freeze was truthful, Truepill is poorly managing its resources and budget. If not (and I would guess not because they have recent job postings), it was an unethical way to ghost a candidate.
We cannot thank you enough for taking the time to go through our interview process. We understand your frustration of making it to this stage and not being able to move forward to an official offer.
Unfortunately, sometimes business priorities shift and as a result, our hiring goals shift. Interviewer gave an explanation about why the company and team was so awesome and asked a few questions about projects. Leetcode question takes ~ 10 minutes tops. Pretty standard.
