Interview process was very smooth and straight forward. They moved very fast and were very organized. HR department was very knowledge and kept me informed on next steps on the interview process.
Tip: Read the whitepapers and research that has been produced by Truist and ask about them in the interviews! Make sure you are up to date on industry knowledge. Give prime examples as well.

HR call, 2 rounds of team interview, one with VP and one with hiring manager. Overall pretty laid back, basic questions about the markets, interest, peronal background. Very behavioral except 1 stock pitch.
