The interview with CEO was extremely disappointing due to his unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. His lack of communication skills was evident as he questioned my qualifications listed on my resume, and when I provided clear and honest answers, he responded with, “What you said makes no sense,” repeating his question condescendingly. Respect and professionalism are fundamental in any workplace, especially during an interview where candidates are evaluating the company just as much as they are being evaluated. It’s disheartening to see a leader display such a lack of basic courtesy and respect. Working under such management would be a challenge, not due to the job itself, but because of the toxic leadership culture.
