I submitted an application through a referral and had a quick 20-minute initial call with a recruiter. After that was a one-hour call with the hiring manager, talking about my background and going deep on some decisions I made on my previous products. The next round was a take-home exercise that I then had to present to a panel of potential teammates, engineer, designer, and the hiring manager. I ended up being too junior for the role and didn't get an offer, but the experience was enjoyable and the team seemed really collaborative.
