Extremely easy. The recruiters at Turo genuinely get excited talking to people who fit the job. The people ops and recruiting team are communicative and quick to respond. The interview process includes a phone interview, followed by a video interview process that includes a 2 hour, 4 part interview. It can seem tedious but the process very obviously is put in place to get the best of the best.
