I applied online. I interviewed at Two in Apr 2025
Interview
I'd say avoid interviewing here. They didn't respond, no acknowledgements of submission and after multiple followups simply said they didn't receive it. Despite me clearly requesting to speed up the process due to another offer and expressing that I was genuinely interested in the role, they failed to respond for weeks. The whole experience felt quite disrespectful.
I put considerable effort into their take-home assignment, which was presented as requiring 3–4 hours while in reality, it demanded significantly more time due to its length and complexity (3 questions, each with multiple sub-parts). I’ve completed many such tasks before and can usually gauge the quality of my submission, I was confident about this one.
After submitting, I received no timely acknowledgment and had to follow up multiple times. Eventually, I was told they never received the task and was asked to resend it with a promise of prompt review. Once again, silence followed. After another week and yet another follow-up, I was finally rejected with vague feedback that didn’t reflect the actual content or effort I had put in.
The overall process felt disorganised and inconsiderate of candidates’ time. It gave the impression that unless they found an exceptional fit immediately, they were not serious about engaging thoughtfully with applicants.
If you value your time and expect basic professionalism, I’d recommend being cautious before engaging with their process.
