Very straightforward questions, review company website and speak with others in the industry to prepare and have background knowledge. Phone call, lasted 15-20 minutes. Why do you have an interest in finance?

Why are you interested in Two Sigma? How did you experiences prepare you for this role?
Very junior team members interview candidates for senior roles, but they don't even know how to respect the candidate. Terrible experience. Questions are not even relevant to the position, probability questions one after the other vs. exploring candidate's background.
