Phone conversation followed by a video teleconference with the procurement section team. During the phone interview conducted by the HR section, there were asked general questions to test my language proficiency. Then, the section supervisor called me to ask aibout my personality and technical skills. The final stage was a more formal interview with the section team and HR where the standard situational questions were asked.
