I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UBS in Jan 2010
Interview
First of all, I applied through the UBS website. I had an answer from HR about one week later asking me to pass two online tests (logical and numerical) which I did right away. Logical test was pretty easy, had to train a bit for the numerical one but isn't that hard.
Then no news for 2 weeks so I called the HR and they told me I did good for the tests and that I would get a call with HR soon.
HR called me the next week and asked a bit about what I wanted to do. He told me that I would be contacted by the line manager for a phone interview.
I had the phone interview about a week later with the Line manager. Wasn't hard. Just regular presentations of my education and professionnal background and a few questions: Which experience was the most interesting for you ? What is an IT typical lifecycle ? etc.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at UBS (London, England) in Nov 2024
Interview
In addition to the Cognitive and Situational Judgement tests you do a culture match test.
After this you have an online hirevue style interview where they ask you about your knowledge of the bank and its operations, so basic facts.
I did video based interview due to the covid. Each question has 30 seconds (or 60, I don't remember) to prepare and 2 min to 25 min to answer. I was a bit nervous. There were 8 questions in total. Haven't heard back yet. Best of luck everyone!

I applied online. I interviewed at UBS (Sydney) in Aug 2020
Interview
During COVID so was over the phone. I could barely hear the questions and had to ask the interviewer to repeat himself which did me no favours. The questions were more general and about my experience and goals.
