It is very tough process, you need to know your subject very well.You need to make very good impression otherwise you wont get the job. The job will look difficult in the offer however it is pretty straight forward.
Communication with your colleague is important , you need to fit to the team.
You need a good people to people skill , if you are not very positive and dynamic the job will not be offered.

The interview at UBS for an IT Manager role, but it did not go as expected. The questions were not particularly technical or IT-focused, leaning more toward generic management topics. This left little room to demonstrate my technical expertise, making the experience somewhat disappointing.

Contacted by HR by applying for another job, HR is really helpful by setting up the interview time. Talked to two of their associate manager by the phone, they are really nice and easy to work with.
